Office Use Agreement
Neither member of this Agreement is responsible for the acts or acts of the other. Each member is independent. An office lease agreement is a legal document between a landlord and a tenant who occupies land for non-retail uses. The space is generally suitable for professions such as accountants, lawyers, real estate agents or other related sectors where clients are welcome for professional advice. The rent is usually set on the basis of a price per square meter ($ / SF) with the commitments of the parties between the lessor and the tenant. In the first sections, an attempt is made to present some details about the premises to be rented and some basic conditions of this lease. Look for the first article titled “1st description of rented premises”, then fill in as the number of square meters of office space to rent in the first empty line.
